The 55th Hawai‘i State Science & Engineering Fair (HSSEF) depends on financial contributions from foundations, trusts, businesses and individuals to support the operation of HSSEF. All donors who contribute $100 or more will be acknowledged in the State Science Fair program booklet. Donors who contribute $2500 or more are acknowledged in press-releases and at the State Science Fair award ceremony.

The award levels for last year's HSSEF were:

Platinum Sponsor $25,000 or more
Gold Sponsor $24,999–$10,000
Silver Sponsor $9,999–$5,000
Bronze Sponsor $4,999–$1,000
Contributor $999–$500
Friend $499–$100

The vision of the Hawaiʻi Academy of Science is to promote scientific research & education in Hawai‘i and the Pacific Rim. The Academy is particularly interested in developing and executing programs and experiences for the science and learning communities.

Our projects include the Hawai‘i State Science & Engineering Fair (HSSEF), the Pacific Symposium for Science & Sustainability (PS3), Science Café and our latest: STEM Week Hawaii.
